Payment Process

Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards, and cash. All transactions are processed securely.

Process: Payment to be settled at your nearest Spinneys branch within 24 hours after order placement.

Additional Charges: No extra charges apply for the pick-up option; however, additional charges apply for the delivery option.

Cancellation Process

Cancellation Policy: To cancel your catering order, you must notify us at least 48 hours before the event date.

Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule their event with at least 48 hours’ notice. Rescheduling is subject to availability, and any differences in cost will be communicated at that time.

Force Majeure: In the event of circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics), we will work with you to refund amount paid at the store.
